Zeeg AI Terms of Service

Welcome to Zeeg AI ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our all-in-one AI marketing software, services, and website (collectively, the "Services"). 3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

By uploading User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Services.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools (e.g., ad copy, emails) is provided for your use in connection with the Services. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that AI-generated content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Services or any Zeeg AI content without our prior written consent.

7. Data and Privacy

8. Termination

Our total liability will not exceed the fees paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
